Strength, speed, power, endurance, mobility, coordination and mental fortitude are all considered to be athletic qualities. By attaining each of these characteristics comes a greater level of competence. Competence to serve others. Competence to overcome adversity. Competence to get things done and the competence to live a long and meaningful life. With competence comes independence, with independence comes peace of mind and with peace of mind comes happiness. And with all of that combined, comes freedom. Which is why we have made it our mission to help as many people as possible train and live in a way that is conducive to becoming more athletic.
