Our personal training service is for everyone and anyone who wants to look, feel and perform better. Whether you're a complete novice who wants to kick things off the right way, or you're an experienced trainee seeking to reach the next level, our 1-1 coaching service will provide you with the tools and support to achieve the results you're looking for.


  • The process begins with a thorough assessment of your background, lifestyle, and general capabilities.

  • After your initial assessment, we will devise a programme that's best suits your individual needs which will be constantly re-evaluated and updated according to your rate of progress.

  • During your 1-1 or group sessions, we will coach you through every aspect of the programme to make sure that you have a thorough understanding of what you're doing and why.

  • Your coach will be with you every step of the way to guarantee that you execute each exercise with the optimal level of proficiency and intensity to maximise your results.

  • Outside of your training sessions, we provide ongoing support and accountability via your preferred means of contact and encourage you to ask as many questions as necessary.


We're primarily located at the Ray Stevens Academy or Bounce gym in South West London.
